Job Description

Roberts Companies has a client thatis looking for a seasoned Project Architect.

Licensed and Registered in Californianot required but a plus.  If the successful candidate is a good fit forthe company the position could become full time/permanent. 

The current large project could last1-3 years.

Job Requirements

Skills required: 

• Space planning and office layout experience

• Office Tenant Improvement experience, ADA/ egress experience

• Must be able to work independently or with little supervision and be able to prioritize projects and deadline.

• Self motivated, detail oriented and organized

• Excellent English communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.

• Has proven track record for meeting deadlines and budgets

• May have some interactions with Clients

• Participates in the coordination of intra-discipline work as it is related to ongoing projects and serves as a technical resource for discipline engineers and designers.

• Coordinates the publication of all project related specifications

• Checks all technical calculations and drawings for accuracy

• Obtain Plan Check and other regulatory agencies approvals

• Perform field investigations

• Project Management experience preferred

• Managing staff preferred

Local candidates preferred
